I created 40 Plus Boss Bae due to my own struggles: When I started my first business in 2011, I didn’t know what to do or who to turn to for help. I had so many questions and wasn’t sure where to begin. I had kids and was trying to balance my home and family life on top of starting a new business and working at my 9 to 5.

I have made it my mission to help other women start businesses that offer them both time and financial freedom doing something they actually enjoy.
